She is a lawyer graduated from UBA (University of Buenos Aires) and
have a Master Degree in Labor Law and International Working
Relationships.

Director for Spain and Portugal, as well as Territory Manager for South of Latin
America.
As the President of Amaction, he is focused on strategic alliances and international business development.
Alejandro graduated on Electronics and Telecommunications and he completed his studies with international certifications at Boston, Mountain View and Houston. He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese

Federico Macías Vidal
Amaction BI Head Federico leads the Amaction BI team. He has worked for 10 years on finance and business processes oriented to digital methodologies in companies such as PwC, Microsoft and Unilever. He has a solid experience in financial statements, risk analysis and continuous process improvement internationally, interacting with the USA, Great Britain and Latam.

Juliana Macías
Talent Management HeadJuliana leads the Talent Management area. She has 10 years of
experience in research and selection of specialists for the Technology, Oil, Finance
and Petrochemical industries for Latam, the USA and Europe. She is also in charge of
the Human Resources Outsourcing area, providing services to Latam and the USA.
Juliana graduated of Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and is bilingual english-spanish. She completed specialization courses in both soft and hard areas of Human Resources.
