Paula Vidal Castelli

CEO
Paula is the co-founding partner and CEO of Amaction. She has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources helping global leaders and organizations improve their business performance in Europe, Latam and Middle East..

She leads Cultural Transformation processes to ensure a successful Organizational Change and help leaders to master their skills and competences to become top performers on a brain-friendly basis. Paula is certified as i4 Neuroleader Trainer and as an Executive Coach.

She is a lawyer graduated from UBA (University of Buenos Aires) and have a Master Degree in Labor Law and International Working Relationships. Paula speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italian and German.

Alejandro Macías

President
During his 30 years of professional career, Alejandro has worked at several countries being part of renowned companies of the Technology and Telecommunications industries, occupying different managing positions as General Director for Spain and Portugal, as well as Territory Manager for South of Latin America.

As the President of Amaction, he is focused on strategic alliances and international business development.

Alejandro graduated on Electronics and Telecommunications and he completed his studies with international certifications at Boston, Mountain View and Houston. He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese

Federico Macías Vidal

Amaction BI Head
Federico leads the Amaction BI team. He has worked for 10 years on finance and business processes oriented to digital methodologies in companies such as PwC, Microsoft and Unilever. He has a solid experience in financial statements, risk analysis and continuous process improvement internationally, interacting with the USA, Great Britain and Latam.

Federico graduated of management from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and he is bilingual english-spanish. He is focused on the design and implementation of digital transformation projects, always working with the latest technologies

Juliana Macías

Talent Management Head
Juliana leads the Talent Management area. She has 10 years of experience in research and selection of specialists for the Technology, Oil, Finance and Petrochemical industries for Latam, the USA and Europe. She is also in charge of the Human Resources Outsourcing area, providing services to Latam and the USA.

Juliana graduated of Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and is bilingual english-spanish. She completed specialization courses in both soft and hard areas of Human Resources.
